Ferrocene, cas is 102-54-5, it is a common heterocyclic compound, the iron-catalyst compound, its synthesis route is as follows.

Ferrocene (0.500 g, 2.69 mmol) and acetic anhydride (1.7 mL) were dissolved in acid, phosphoric acid aqueous solution (85% in 0 oC, 0.53 g, were placed 0.30 mL, 4.8 mmol).
